Myths, rites, and arts
Second Edition
Spring 2026

Images of Mexico is a platform that shares stories, issues, and experiences from diverse geographies, time periods, and communities across Mexico. Through collaboration between academics, students and artists, generate spaces in which the multiple realities of Mexico are shown and discussed.

In the 2024-2025 cycle we curated our first exhibition Images of Mexico. A glimpse into Mexico's past and present. This exhibition went live in April at the Ethnicity, Migration and Rights Committee at Harvard University.
Briefing 2025 - 2026
For the 2025-2026 cycle, we are organizing a second exhibition titled Images of Mexico: Myths, Rites and Arts. Between August 1 and November 28, 2025, we invited 5 universities to submit 15 posters created by students of Graphic Design and related fields. These posters will be evaluated by a jury that will select the works to be exhibited in academic spaces in the United States next semester.
